Over the past 18 years, I've built the largest chimney service company in the world. When I started in 2007, Lindemann Chimney was 40 years old and was a four truck operation. After implementing key, transformative growth strategies the company grew exponentially to a 50 truck service company that saw expansion into remodeling and added a heating and air conditioning division.

Along the way, I've worked with countless chimney companies develop their own organizations by implementing the proven strategies and tactics that have proven successful. Many of the methods have been adopted by the top companies in our industry and have become institutional and foundational aspects of their operations.
